High Speed Bagging System
The BE-85 is ideal for customers needing high speed production. The BE-85 "wraps" the product in film that is sealed transversally on the top and bottom, and longitudinally by forming the film around the product. After being bagged the product passes through a shrink tunnel. The Tunnel is equipped with silicon coated idler rollers which prevent the film from adhering to the rollers. The product is moved through the system by a series of chain driven "fingers:. The speed is adjustable, allowing proper product spacing.

High Speed Form-Fill-Seal Wrapper BSI-500
The BSI - 500 is ideal for customers needing high-speed production and this form-fill-seal wrapper is the way to do so. With no excess trim/scrap to take-away, the adjustable forming plow over-wraps the product by bringing the two sides together and putting a thermal seal down the center of the ¾” to 1” overlap. The overlap seal is created on the bottom of the bag/product forming a tube. With a reciprocating hot knife across sealing system, the product is now totally enclosed in a bag. After being bagged the product is ready for the store shelf or it can pass through a shrink tunnel in a Polyolefin Shrink film and have a totally different look also ready for the store shelf.
